Who We Are




Mindful Roots provides athletic clinics and yoga sessions to students of all skill levels. We partner with yoga and sports instructors to provide students with transferable skills that can be used to help them grow physically, mentally, and emotionally.


Our mission is to empower students to live healthier and more balanced lives. We hold a strong belief in the transformative potential of movement and mindfulness to unlock greatness within every individual. We invite all students to embark on an incredible journey towards achieving greatness through movement and mindfulness.

Our Services

We provide before and after school athletic clinics led by certified coaches who have experience working with children of all skill levels. We prioritize safety, skill development, and social emotional learning. We foster a positive and inclusive environment for every participant.

    We cater to elementary and middle school students ranging from grades 3rd - 8th
